Cruise Packup

DURATION: 30 minutes

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Put everything back where they belong
  • Don't leave perishable food like strawberries or cheese in pod.
  • If another cruise group is expected within 2 days, pack unopened or reusable perishables (like apples) into a named container and keep refrigerated in the campground kitchen.
  • Take home open leftovers.

PACKUP

  1. Pack away all food.
  2. Collect all dishes, wash and pack away.
  3. Empty and wash rubbish bins.
  4. Wipe table coverings, fold them and pack away
  5. Pack away tables and seating.
  6. Pack away gazebos, flags and mats.
  7. Pack away all other provisions like sunscreen etc.
  8. Collect all harakeke waste, bundle together and return to the pā harakeke.
  9. Plan to utilise any remaining usable harakeke.

DEBRIEF

Debrief the day's events, discussing what went well, what can be improved, what processes need to change.

Report back to Admin.

Admin to process the debrief information accordingly.
